Isabel Mart\u00ednez, vecina de Almansa, fue asesinada por su marido, Alonso L\u00f3pez Benito, con ayuda de sus c\u00f3mplices. Entonces, la ley amparaba al esposo que mataba por celos. La propia madre de Isabel, en la carta de perd\u00f3n al asesino de su hija, sentenci\u00f3: \u00abHizo lo que deb\u00eda, por haber cometido su mujer adulterio\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Y del <em>hizo lo que deb\u00eda<\/em> al <em>algo habr\u00e1 hecho<\/em>. Al qu\u00e9 llevaba, cu\u00e1nto hab\u00eda bebido o d\u00f3nde se encontraba. Cuatro siglos despu\u00e9s, todav\u00eda resuenan los ecos de un lenguaje que revictimiza a las mujeres v\u00edctimas.
